G

Its already Sunday! And this Sunday is a cranky Sunday. -__-

An important announcement, Sarah Iqbal will be on PMS/PMDD mode this whole week. This is not a drill! I repeat, this is not a drill.

To all those humans who goes.."huh?, watsdatlah? or, aik?" Let me, educate you using the world wide web as the answers to almost all questions.

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a collection of physical, psychological, and emotional symptoms related to a woman's menstrual cycle. Pre Menstrual Syndrome can occur before, during and after menstruation, as in the most severe cases several of the symptoms are present. The reason the symptoms can appear all through the month is that each problem has a knock on effect with the next, so much so that those suffering from severe PMS can become crippled with anxiety and depression as they struggle to feel well each month.

PMDD is premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMS) that is so severe it can be debilitating due to either physical, mental or emotional symptoms. Treatment is recommended because PMDD interferes with the sufferer's ability to function in her social or occupational life. The cardinal symptom—surfacing between ovulation and menstruation, and disappearing within a few days after the onset of the bleeding—is irritatable. Anxiety, anger, and depression may also occur. The main symptoms, which can be disabling, include
  • feelings of deep sadness or despair, possible suicide idealization
  • feelings of tension or anxiety
  • panic attacks
  • diarrhea
  • mood swings, crying,
  • lasting irritability or anger, increased interpersonal conflicts
  • apathy or disinterest in daily activities and relationships
  • yeast infections
  • difficulty concentrating
  • fatigue
  • food cravings or binge eating
  • insomnia or hypersomnia
